Whether traveling on North from Bowling Green, KY or South from Louisville, Ky on I-65, exit on the off ramp at Exit 94 to Hwy 62 (Mulberry St.) and head West for 2.2 miles towards Hwy 31 (Dixie Ave). The Hardin County History Museum is located on the northeast corner of Hwy 62 and Hwy 31.

Parking is available at the rear of the museum, with one handicap parking space available.

Additional parking is available on the north side of the Historic State Theater, located next the museum on Hwy 31.
